“The APR was a several year goal and I finally finished all the steps in 2022. It’s an exercise in patience and confidence in yourself to take what you know and apply it,” Megan said. “It’s not easy, but it’s also not as hard as one would believe – we are all capable PR professionals, and with adequate time commitment and prep, the certification is a breeze. My only other comment is that the APR isn’t the end, it’s just the beginning of representing yourself as an expert.”
