Kaitlin is communications and outreach coordinator at FloridaWorks/IWI. A native of Gainesville, she earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with minors in advertising, communications and economics from Flagler College, St. Augustine, Fla., in April 2011. After college, Kaitlin worked in the marketing department at Naylor, LLC. She recently joined the staff at FloridaWorks to oversee its website, newsletter, media relations and internal and external promotions.
“The thing I love most about PR is how you get to touch and influence so many people’s lives with your words,” says Kaitlin. “In my case, I get to help people find jobs when they may have had trouble or extenuating barriers in the past.”
