1. Why This Committee Was Formed?
   In previous years, chapters offered a local Image competition, giving members valuable feedback before submitting to Golden Image.
   With no local Image competition currently, members are missing a critical opportunity for peer review and improvement.
   The new Golden Image Exchange fills that gap by coordinating a structured, supportive feedback exchange.
2. What is the Program?
   A peer-to-peer feedback exchange that pairs applicants with reviewers.
   Participants can choose:
   Exchange with another FPRA chapter, or
   Stay within their own chapter for review.
   Ensures productive, constructive, professional-level feedback.
3. What Participants Gain:
   Professional review before state-level submission
   Stronger entries = higher confidence
   Opportunity to build relationships with other FPRA professionals
   Helps maintain high professional standards across all FPRA chapters
