We had the pleasure of hearing from Director of Communications Justin Caudell for our March monthly program at Paramount Grill. Justin is an account manager at Pioneer Utility Resources and spoke on the importance of internal communications.
“The size and type of your company does not matter when it comes to internal communications,” Justin said. “In fact, what you say, and do not, also plays a big part in your personal life.”
Justin told the audience how to craft the important stories employees need to know, but also how to draw co-workers into communications with interesting and timely features.
